The idea!
It has all the ingredients to turn out a shambles; an amateur team with Adam Jonas (him alone indicating chaos to come) on a pitch 15m by 10m or so which is basically a mud bowl (in the summer a dust bowl-making the 1930s American South look like a mere sand pit in comparison) and an excitable, never over zealous, new-to-the-game footy fan by the name of Izzy who is struggling to work out the offside rule and accidentally calls Cesc "Sex" (an easy mistake to make). Yet each break time and lunchtime, hidden away behind the gym, the beautiful game is in full throttle and its about time our players got some recognition, and that the moments of brilliance are recorded for future Dunraven Sixth Formers who reject the Learn Centre and Common room and brave it whatever the weather. So here it is, after much anticipation (even more than when Sheva came to Chelsea), the arrival of the footy blog (and this is probably worth £30million, cough cough) If it all goes wrong, I can console myself with the knowledge that it won't be as bad as Paul Robinson's blunder.
